Hi, is it possible to copy the standard forum templates in /domains/mydomain.ext/jojo/plugins/jojo_forum/templates/ to a folder in my (mysite) theme folder and edit these, will JoJo use my new templates?

Hi Alex,
Yes, you can copy any template from a plugin into your theme and jojo will use the one in your theme instead. This will allow you to customize any of the jojo templates.
You will need to ensure you manually merge any changes to the original templates when you upgrade plugins in the future but this should be relatively trivial.
