Hi, when editing a article you can choose a language,
Body Content: Language: en,ef,fr etc, where can i find that list to expand it?

Have a look in the database at the "language" table. You will also need to enable the "multilanguage" option as well.
Mike can probably shed more light on multilanguage sites than I can, I haven't done one for a while :)
