Problem is that you cannot remove an uploaded image (yet?) Also the links under 'select a folder' are redirecting outside the admin to the live site? (/articles/ /images/ /forums/ /files/)
Uploading to the root (upload) is also possible (maybe i need to chmod this one to 644?)

Hi Alex,
The manage images screen is still under development, so deleting / cropping / renaming / etc are all feature to be developed.
By design, you should be able to upload images anywhere underneath /MYSITE/downloads/ - which means you will see some system generated folders such as the ones you have mentioned.
If you are seeing folders above /MYSITE/downloads/ then that's definitely a security issue - please let me know privately if this is the case.
