I just tried this with stock xampplite and it did the same thing.

using nightly form today, the 19th.
int(8) string(19) "Undefined offset: 1" string(66) "C:\wamp\www\jojocms\plugins\jojo_core\install\install_timezone.php" int(35)
using latest wamp on XP, fresh install adding enable mod rewite to apache only, with default www docroot. structured like this: c:/wamp/www/jojocms c:/wamp/www/site c:/wamp/www/public
basically installed wamp. extracted jojo zip and created site dirs. enabled mod rewrite, restarted wamp. created the db with default collocaton. copied the index.php, ran the script.
