Yep, but we don't include it in the standard distribution so we can keep the size down.

Mel is working on a plugin database for distributing these, but it's available in the meantime (along with a number of other plugins) via SVN - http://pluginsvn.jojocms.org

Or, I'll attach a zip to this message to make things easier.

Please consider the forum plugin "under development" at this stage. As you can see, it works (and a mostly CSS based forum is a nice change from what I'm used to), but don't try running anything high traffic off it just yet :)
